Sunday, January 26th

10:15am - GUests welcome

Join us for a morning of PA Dutch Traditions - The New Year's Wish (in native PA German tongue), folk music and a free pork and home made sauerkraut luncheon. All are welcome!

About the Winsch

The Holiday custom of Nei Yaahr Winsching began in the Tfalz area of Vineland, Germany and began before the Revalutionary War. In Longswamp, local revelers added their spin on this tradition as they went from house to house and performed for family and friends. Come hear the New Year Wish in the Pennsylvania Dutch language as performed by Mike Hertzog, Linda Hertzog and Ted Fenstermacher and stay after for a free Pork and Sauerkraut meal and good fellowship.
